Awful customer support after you close. Warranty is useless. They deceived me.

Chesapeake Homes was one of the worst companies that ever built a home. I thought the contractor had lack of supervision and the main office wasn't paying attention. I had problems with the insulation, the plumbing, a gas valve and the air conditioning unit. I would never use this company again.

This was a very customer friendly company and they were friendly throughout the building process. They kept us informed on the progress and they did not make any mistakes. We were very satisfied with the quality of the people and the work they did.

The entire process went about as accordingly as we would have hoped for. They made us a part of the process throughout and we felt totally comfortable for the most part. They used quality products, and we also chose a lot of what went into the home. This was a good, solid build from a reputable builder here in this area.
