I can only say that the experience I had buying my new palisade was a complete opposite of what I expected, This has totally changed my opinion of car dealers 100% My salesperson Geoffrey Warder is the reason I bought from here, The only reason. He talked to me as a old friend and normally when I have went with someone to other dealerships to buy a car it took forever, but he closed the deal in less than 2 hours from me arriving without an appointment to waving goodbye. He never had to leave the desk or talk to a manager. Hyundai is a serious company who actually wants to keep a customer instead of making a deal. I am amazed of the freedom to browse alone and not have some stereotypical salesman worried about a sale. They make a set amount no matter the price and wasnt a hint of hidden fees or costs. I will personally direct anyone who wants the best value with next level technology to visit. I have no regret what so ever and they had 17 palisades where nobody else had any, well any that were straight up dope. Thanks Geoffrey Warder, you are a role model in this industry and thank you for being genuine and even more knowledgeable than could imagine. You will get everything you want with your attitude and attention to detail. See ya soon for one of those genesis sometime soon!

The cost was free because it is included with my car. Yes, I would use them again. They are the best car experience we've ever had. Their customer service is top notch and it's easy to make an appointment.

The service was pretty good. The price was a little steep. It was a used car, but the dealers have nice used cars. It is a no haggle price, so the price is the price. If you like the price go there and buy it. If you don't then don't go there. Which is nice because I would price search on the internet to find a reasonable price. That is why I went there. I was pleased.

It is a pretty standard price. They told me what they were going to do. They said if any problems arise they would call. They did both, so the communication would be the biggest compliment. Everything was strait forward. The other person I came in contact with was the service writer, who was explaining things to me and called to tell me my car was due so that was fine.

Service was prompt, courteous, and thourgh. Cost was high but I doubt it's cheaper going anywhere else these days. Parts prices were same as Advance or Auto Zone - even lower if using the C.F. free discount card. Nice touch was the complementary washing and vaccum before they released the vehicle. I bought the vehicle new there and have used their services since 2007 and have been generally satisfied with their workmanship. The C.F. service representatives, Mike Williams and Sean Summers were very helpful, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with.
