I have not had any problems with them so far. Then again, I have never had any dealings with them. The alarm has never gone off. They do not do maintenance checks, and they never call me either. I am not to sure what to say about them. I guess I will not know how they really respond until something happens. Hopefully it does not. I will keep them around just because they have never given me a reason to switch.
