Talk about a happy customer! Let me tell you I am so pleased with my experence with Michael of Celtic Services VB. I called several tree companies from Angie"s List to get estimates on trimming my 40 ft or so Elm tree that is right in front of my house. It had branches that had grown so much that the weight of them had gotten dangerously close to my roof. I needed to have them trimmed up and figured why not get the whole tree a good trimming with a thinning out while I am at it. I set up appointments with about 8 other tree companies to get the ball rolling. Celtic Services was the first one to come out and I was really impressed with Michael from the time I met him. He listened to what I wanted done and told me the best and safest way to do it for the sake of the tree. He really cared about my tree and I liked that. I got the estimate and liked the price. I met with 6 more tree services and got thier estimates which ranged from $600 to $980. They were all professionals but my gut really wanted Celtic Services to do the work. I had learned a few things over the course of all the estimates and wanted a lil more work done so I called Michael back and asked him if he could come back and give me a revised estimate based on the new work. He came back out the same day I called and gave me the new price. he did not know the other estimates but he came in at a tie for the lowest price. I hired him that day. He told me it would take 2 weeks and he was back in 2 weeks just like he said. Celtic Services did a wonderful jobwith my tree with no damage to anything. My roof is safe and the Elm tree has never looked better. He made sure I was happy with the work as it was happening but he knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend Michael and Celtic Services to anyone looking for tree care or landscaping services. Michael is a certified Arborist who goes out of his way to make you happy. They cleaned up my yard completely and left no mess at all. I just wish all things in life could be this easy and go so well! Thanks you Celtic ServicesVB!

Michael was very responsive to my initial phone call and came out to give me an estimate the next day.  He arrived on time, was very professional, gave us a reasonable quote and advice on several other trees on our property.  Because of the recent rains we had to wait for things to dry out before he could come do the work.  When I called to schedule he was easy to work with in terms of scheduling although due to traffic he was a little late for the appointment.  He immediately apologized for being late and went over the scope of the work with me.  I had to leave for work as they were starting and Michael said he would email an invoice for the job.  I was very pleased upon coming home to see the yard was completely clean of all debris, the trees were gone and the stumps had been ground.  He put our fence back together where they had to take out a section to bring in the stump grinder. Overall we were very pleased with his work and prices. We would definitely use him again or recommend to others.
