Castle Property Improvements (CPI) was recommended to me by a painting contractor who gave me an estimate. I called Larry Pearson, the owner of the company, whose number I was given. He responded promptly to come out and inspect the work to be done and gave me a verbal estimate. He said he would be able to begin working in about a week. About a week later (with a little delay due to bad weather), he and his brick mason came out to begin the work. His mason was here when he said he would be and was a very good worker. He did very good work and finished the job in the time estimated (given some delay again for weather). The price I paid was a little over the estimate, but not significantly, and was justified because the job took a little longer than estimated. Part of that is because we found additional joints that needed to be repaired after he started work. We were very satisfied with the work done.
