Sean  is always on time and very professional.  He works quickly and is very thorough.  I have used him several years through a recommendation of a friend & neighbor who told me "there is not a stain he can't help" and he was right!!!  I had used other private and national companies (like Stanley Steamer) and my stains always came back.......but none that Sean/the Carpet Guy has removed for me.

It was a referral from a family friend. The job went wonderful. They were professional, timely and cleaned up after themselves. They were quick and efficient. They were reasonably priced as well.

Fantastic! The dog had gotten sick on the carpet, so that was the reason for the call. I decided to have the whole upstairs cleaned since they were coming anyway. I used them when we bought the house last year. They did an amazing job last time, so I called again. Great attention to detail. They leave a cool pattern in the carpet when they are done:) They also put some contraption to the door the hose was coming in the house to keep the cool in and the heat out!

They did an absolute first-rate job, no chatter, all business, courteous and prompt. Even text-ed me that he would be ten minutes late - NOBODY does that!

Sean is a true professional. He started by repairing two holes in the middle of the living room. He did such a good job that it was difficult to find the repair site even while knowing where to look for it.
Sean has done rental carpets and repairs for me for years. and he has always done good work. And as a bonus, he has referred me to other trade specialists who have also been standouts in their professions.
In short, Sean has ben an excellent find for me.

Sean has done great work for me for years. He is great to work with and he does a super cleaning job. He gets out stains I thought would have been impossible to remove. There are obviously some that can't be removed, but he will tell you that before starting. In some of those cases he is able to cut out the stained area and replace it with amazing results. He can also stretch carpet that has huge wrinkles and make it look great again. Sean is a real professional and he will continue to get my admiration and my business.

The carpet cleaning was finished in no time and all the stains were removed. They were very professional and I would recommend them to my neighbors. The price was very reasonable and the crew's appearance was nice. They were real respectful of our furniture and we will be a repeat customer of theirs.

Carpet Guy was excellent in cleaning my carpets. He got almost all of the stains and high traffic marks out of our carpet. The best thing about this guy was his prices. I felt he was very cheap for the amount of work he did and I was very happy with this company.
