CAR SPA

They're primary business is washing cars but they also have an oil change. Overall I'd say A across the board.

The best part of the experience is the price. They have a 48 hour weather guarantee. So, if it rains or something like that, you can go back and get your car washed for free. The worst part of the experience is, I think they may have gone under new management or something. So, the service is not as meticulous as it used to be. I don't know if it's just the change of staff. I'm not sure what it is. But, it's not as clean. The car is not as clean. So you've got to go back and kind of say, "Hey, can you get this spot? Can you get that spot?" They used to be really clean and real fast. I don't know. Something has changed. I'm not sure what it is. If it's staff level or what is happening. They have people out there ready to accept your car and ready to answer any questions. You can also get an oil change there too.

n the right turn lane through multiple light changes WHILE a Car Spa employee stood in the driveway of the business slowly finding room in their congested parking lot WHILE BLOCKING THE TURN LANE He could clearly see the blockage this was creating. He should have put a chain across the entrance indicating that they were full but instead these cars were causing a back up for over 2 blocks. I almost got sideswiped trying to get to the corner and saw several other people as well almost get into an accident Apparently their zeal to make a buck blinded them to the fact that their business was blocking traffic. When I called to speak to the manager and get a corporate number I was practically laughed at by the guy who took the call. I would never ever use their services now that I have seen their complete disregard for public safety.

I felt like I got my monies worth.

The wash was great. It was the 2 inch long scratch on my passenger side rear panel that I was not happy about. Down to the metal. I have a 2012 Journey. When I pointed it out to the guy when I did a walk around for my car, he was like you can't prove we did that. All I know is when I went to the Car Spa that day, I didn't not have any such damage to my car. I spoke to a manager who said he'd review the tapes, wouldn't let me view them with him. He came out said he saw nothing here is our card. I said I know this happened here. I was told by him that he was the one who prepped my car and he didn't see it and said that he clearly would have seen that. My point exactly. I've lived here 3 yrs and took my car there at least 10 different times and never had a problem till then. I would have expected better customer service. Treated like I was a scam artist trying to make a buck. Would not recommend. If you do go, always do a walk around prior when you hand them your keys and then when you pick it up. Just for your own protection, because they will do nothing for you.

They put wax in my car to make it shiny. Their price is good. They were punctual.

The job went very nice.

It went really well. They managed finish the work before I thought it would be done. They were very knowledgable and professional.

Called Car Spa about their services.  I was referred to their web site and got the prices and services.  They did tell me they were busy on Sundays.  And I said that would not be a problem because I would drop the car off and pick it up later.  When I arrived they told me to get in line at the full service station.  I waited in line for an hour before I could even turn my keys over to them.  Of course, I would not have stayed if I had known it would take an hour for me just to leave my car, but there weren't that many cars ahead of me.  I was told by the man who came by my car that they were short-handed.   This seemed like very  poor management - short-handed on one of their busiest days......
When I was finally able to turn my keys over, they told me it would take 4 hours before my car would be ready!  And, yes, it took 4 hours.
So, obviously, from start to finish, it was 5 hours.  The inside of the car seems very clean, not perfect, but clean.  They did not get all the tar and bugs off the car though.
I will not be returning.
