C & P GLASS CO

For months I had been trying to find someone to replace the glass in some of my double pane windows where the seal had broken.  Angie's List was no help - they brought up only companies selling new or replacement windows.  When i left messages telling them what I needed my calls were not returned. I then started calling some men who had done work for me in the past. Two of them recommended C & P Glass saying they did not do that kind of work.

C & P gave me an initial estimate over the phone after I gave them the window measurements, then came out to do their own measurements.  They encouraged me to get at least another estimate.  I was satisfied with the two recommendations I had and did not feel it necessary to get another.

When the glass was ready, they came out and replaced the four panes with new lo-E double panes.  This went very quickly.  There is  5-year guarantee against seal failure.   All in all it went quite well and I would highly recommend this company.

Overall very satisfied with price and work. One patio door panel had to be replaced twice because the panels were defective but was no hassle. They said, "No problem", and scheduled the replacement around my availability. The two gentlemen who came to my house and performed the work were clean cut, courteous, professional, and cleaned up when they finished. C&P stated that their warranty on the work is 5 years.

Each shelf was perfectly cut and fit into the cabinet very smoothly. The work was done in just a few hours, so I ran other errands and came back to pick up my order. The representative I worked with suggested another company that could help me with installation hardware, which was just a couple of block away. I am so pleased with the work, that I have another project that I'm taking to him next week.

The man who does the work is really pleasant and professional. I thought their prices were very reasonable. I was quoted around $600 for the same job by another company. If you get the work in on a Monday you get the work back by Friday. They do good work and I have never had a problem using them before. I would use them again.
