They men were friendly and very helpful. We would use them again.

Damage occurred Fri. evening. I called Mr. Burton on Sat. a.m. and he had someone here within an hour to make temporary repairs. A crew came back on Wed. and made permanent repairs. They are always responsive and do a terrific job.

Burton was the first company to come out when I called.  Mr Burton came by for a look within hours and sent a craftsman by before the day's end to get details.  I had a written estimate emailed to me withing 24 hours.  The price was as good or better than the other two contractors I obtained estimates from.
There were some issues initially as the scale of the work was not immediately obvious to the first crew sent out.  Once the company was made aware of my concerns, they moved very quickly to address every issue I had.  The office staff always answered and was able to respond to every question I had within an hour.
When the final crew came out, they were quick and efficient.  All the rotted wood was replaced:  Several studs, part of a header, and several pieces of exterior sheathing had to be replaced as the MDF had all but melted.  They used OSB and Tyvex under the siding, and ensured the new roofing was tucked several inches up, under the siding
When it was noticed that my home had no insulation in a void under the roof, they told me and switched work to the siding.  This allowed me time to run up to the home store for some R-30 and tuck it in.  Since it will be years before that void space will be opened up again, I appreciate the effort they went to.  Many contractors would have just ignored this fact.
When they were done, the crew leader checked in with me to let me know everything that had been done.
When I need the rest of my roof replaced, and those inaccessible void spaced opened for insulation, I'll be calling Burton Enterprises to come back out.

Having worked overseas for several years with our house rented out, we returned to our home in June, 2015 to find our roof in very bad shape.  It was probably about 10 years overdue for re-roofing.  We contacted Burton Enterprises along with some other contractors and we were immediately impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Burton's representative.  Their pricing, which was significantly less than we expected to pay, sealed the deal.  We dealt mostly with Jeff Childers, who carefully explained very detail associated with our re-roofing work.  Put simply, they said what they did, and did what they said.   Aside from removing the old shingles, they found several areas of rotten plywood and replaced it where needed, but only where needed (as opposed to unnecessary replacements that other contractors might do to increase the price).  Also, anyone who has seen a roofing job in progress knows there is a lot of debris coming off the roof but Burton's crew was very thorough in their clean-up when the job was completed.  The end result was a beautiful roof with top quality GAF shingles and excellent workmanship.  We could not be happier with our experience with Burton Enterprises.  We highly recommend them to anyone considering roofing work and we have already recommended them to neighbors who have dropped by to ask us about our new roof.

The crew arrived and got right to work. They were very thorough and very professional. Fortunately, they could not find a leak and there was no charge for the service.

It's been a while but they did a really good job and came back and did a place we had a problem with. They came right out that day and looked on. I didn't have any problems with them. They were prompt and they came out when they said they were gonna come out to do estimates. The estimate turned out to be the final price and I was very happy with the work. I thought the price was competitive. I will probably use them again if we needed roofing work done.

The work crew was very responsive and showed up at the date and time agreed to previously. It only took one day after I accepted their estimate for the work to be completed, which was unusually prompt. My only complaint (and it is a minor one) is that after seeing the job, the estimator took three days and a couple phone calls from me to email a cost estimate. Three days is not so bad, but he had indicated that he would have it to me within 24 hours. Overall, I was very satisfied with this contractor and would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again.

I can't say enough good things about Burton Enterprises. They were here when they said they would be and did the job to my complete satisfaction.

They were on time, professional and had the job done within an hour.

I called them and they said they would be out. I hadn't heard anything, so I called back. The gentleman told me that their technician had already been out and repaired my roof. They informed me they didn't have the same color shingles, but they would be back out to once they could get the appropriate color in stock.

Our neighbor recommended them to us. It worked out great and we were very pleased.

I grade them an A overall. I would use them again.

The workers did a good job and the quality of work is good. No problems so far. They arrived when they promised and they were really hard working,focused individuals. They cleaned up very well after they completed the work. Steve, the site manager was polite and punctual.The two houses all together costs approx 10,000 for architechtural shingles installed.
