Terrible. The driver never called. I called three times over four days to get a status update. I finally started sending emails and got a response that the "driver" could not deliver and just left without calling. Horrible customer service when I called. I was hung up on at least twice then I started resorting to emails. When I finally mentioned a lawyer, holy moly donuts emails fly, refund on the dumpster but charge me on for the trip. TOTAL WASTE of my time. A 12 year old can run the business better, or are they doing this on purpose to get the "trip" fees. One will never know. CONTRACTORS do not use them, homeowners in Norfolk, run do not walk, they will take your money and not even tell you why. I never go any of my "I will have a supervisor" call you phone calls. Total joke of a business, run do no walk away from them. They are in the business of taking money and occasionally trash away from you.
