About us
Breakwater Plumbing and Drain is owned by Tony Bertolino, a 4th Generation Master Plumber. Tony has been a master plumber for 15 years. At 27 Tony became the youngest college plumbing instructor in Vermont. After a year of teaching he relocated to Virginia Beach where he now works in the trade and also teaches "Ethical Plumbing" at The Norfolk Technical School.
