He's not only knowledgable and professional but very responsive. He actually answers his cell phone personally and if you don't get him he calls right back (very rare for contractors). He's done everything from basic work for us to helping fix a 50+ year old faucet set. (He actually went online and found and ordered a specialty gasket from California to get it fixed).

He has helped me over the years. I have known him since 1980. He is very thorough, prompt, and professional. He also has a certification as a master plumber. His pricing is reasonable and he does quality work.
