Bed Bug Busters LLC

The first time we worked with the company everything went great. A year later we had bed bugs show up again, so I called out bed bug Busters to take care of our bed bug problem once again. This second time from the very beginning the owner of the company Kathy she was extremely rude. From the very first conversation she described how she thought our house was clutI had with Kathy she was extremely mean and cruel with some of the things she would say about her home. But I knew that they could get the job done so we went ahead with it even though she had offended my parents and defended myself when she did the walk through in our home. After the treatment with done we were supposed to be able to return into our home the same day after the treatment was done we were supposed to be able to return into our home the same day, but we were not able to do so. My mother is extremely asthmatic and my father has COPD. We'd only agreed on heat treatment to be done at our home but when we arrived our entire house from top to bottom was covered in a white powder when we found out exactly what it was she told me it was something called de I'm pretty sure it's diamatious earth. She told us it was safe enough that we could eat it problem is when you breathe that stuff in it dries out your lungs and your mucous membranes and everything else that it comes in contact with. It was all over our pillows all over furniture or walls are closing our beds and it was even in my parents breathing machines. My mom decided to put a stop payment on the check until she could discuss with her exactly the cost we incurred after the fact they have everything cleaned and to stay at a hotel the the same night. Our entire house was left in disarray. When my mother talk to her about the cancelled check and maybe doing a reduced fee because of all the extra cost we incurred she went on to say how I abused my mother that our house was full of cheap furniture our house was disgusting and it was the worst house he had ever seen she completely made us feel like crap. My parents have worked hard their entire life my dad is retired Navy and retired truck driver. I don't think he even had to deal with people like this in the military service. So since my mom had to make a trip to the doctor because she couldn't breathe and everything else she decided to go ahead and just pay the full amount because she didn't feel like dealing with her attitude the lady completely insulted my parents to the point where my mom felt like you've been run over by a Mac truck. I would never ever recommend this company to anybody not because of the work they do but because the professionalism of the owner is atrocious.
