I had three estimates. He was the first one. His estimate was high but in the ball park and was much more professional than the others. I felt fine leaving him alone in my home.

Was on time and completed the work when promised. Very polite, explained exactly what he was doing and did it in a professional manner.

I thought everything went okay. The toilets were sealed properly, and the new shower molding looked sufficient as well. I also thought they did an adequate job when installing my dishwasher. I did wish things did not go as slowly as they did, but the work ended up being o.k. I thought the price was a little higher than expected, but what are you going to do. Overall, it went pretty good.

I thought the people at Bear Handyman were very nice right from the start. When I called to make an appointment to have someone come out, they were as nice as could be. Whenever the man was here performing the job, he was also as nice as could be. I was very pleased that he did not leave a mess of things and that he did very well with everything. The pricing was rather cheap. They do charge about $45 per hour and he was here for about two hours or so. They are not like most companies who will charge you $75 just to come to your house on top of the labor fee.
