Jerri was great! He was honest and up front with everything. This was a rental house and was patient with me and tenant coordinating time. Very happy!

Jerry came out (02/16/07) and took measurments of the chimney. Said new cover would be available anywhere from 2 days to two or three weeks. Chimey cover was installed on 02/21/07. Jerry was here when he said he would be. I expected the chimney cap would also need to be replaced however Jerry said the current cap was fine which means he did'nt try to sell me something I didn't need.

Our chimney has needed cleaning for quite some time and we saw Beaches trucks around town, so we took a chance. The cleaning specialist arrived with all necessary equipment, exactly when they said he would. He was outgoing and started work as soon as he got here. The front of the chimney was covered to make sure no soot would get into the house. He spent two hours working on it and the difference is very noticeable.

It only took them an hour or so to finish completely. The crew was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The price was great. It was good work as no water comes in my chimney. The company proceeds their reputation. They do good work and come when they say they will.
