Baker Roofing of Norfolk LLC

I have 2 leaks on my roof and called baker roofing out to get a estimate and do the repairs, they sent out the service sales manager and he did not have the right ladders to look at the roof. he said that he would come back tomorrow and look at it. that was a month and 2 more phone calls ago. he has not called me back and my roof still leeks.

Joshawa Herr consistently demonstrates sustained superior performance as residential roofing department head/program manager. He is one of the most competent program managers know to me and also possesses a wide range of superior management and operational skills. Joshawa simply does everything well, he stands behind the motto “refuse to lose, refuse to quit”! Joshawa is a superb resource manager and the standard against which others are measured. Joshawa has absolutely superb performance across the board and is brilliant and innovative. He is a gifted manager and writer. It is almost impossible for me to convey in writing the admiration and respect I have for Josh. Nothing is too hard, impossible or beyond his abilities. The customer is his number one priority. They did an absolute fabulous job. The crew was professional, courteous, arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. They even followed up with me two weeks after the roof was done just to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Mike Clark was wonderful and did a great job overseeing the entire project.

We had a great experience with Baker Roofing. In the process of selling our house we had to address several issues raised in the home inspection report. Baker Roofing was very responsive and punctual, and their manager was an outstanding person. He took the time to send lots of photos and then call to explain the different courses of action and seemed to have our best interests in mind. He was also responsive to my emails and questions. no matter the time. The work was completed quickly and was excellent. I wouldn't hire another roofing company in Norfolk!

Did not choose Baker to even come out and provide a quote given the services I needed are only offered in the Raleigh, NC area and their Norfolk office can't handle it.

Four calls to Baker Roofing. Only once did I speak to someone in Residential Roofing. No estimates after promise to get back to me. I am truly disappointed. Whatever happened to Customer Service?
