I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with B&G. Though I never hope to be in that situation again, should we find ourselves there we will definitely call B&G Home Improvement again!

Couldn't have been worse... It is our understanding that our neighbors had the same issues, at same time. Sales Rep, Seth, impersonated himself as a co-owner - leading us to believe that he had the autonomy to reduce the cost on our invoice by 20%, due to the inconveniences caused as a direct result of his lack of communication and poor project management skills, or lack thereof. On day one of repairs, their employee knocked on our door to communicate his "lack of ability to contain his anger... fear he would lose his temper..." bc his manager had upset him... Their gutter contractor caused damamges to the fiber cement trim on our house, which was never repaired... Many contractor were no-show's and/or delayed by weeks... Items on the contract were left unresolved nor repaired, yet their billing rep threatened to turn our account over to collections and file a lean on our property if it wasn't paid by phone, immediately. In addition she [billing rep] had lost record of the 50% deposit we made prior to B&G coordinating the contractors for repairs... The list goes on... Bottom line, this company is NOT reliable - they're con-artist. I recommend that you DO NOT hire them.

They did drywall, painting, patchwork, and put up whole new paneling. It looked like a whole new room when they were finished. It was excellent work. I am so impressed with it. It made the house look lighter and cheerful. They're excellent.
