Charged a very reasonable $40 diagnostic fee, got back to me within 24 hours with an estimate to repair, and had the TV ready for pickup the next day. Kudos for communication and clear explanation of the problem. Would definitely use these folks again

Very helpful over the phone; was able to give us a good idea of what they could do to help us. They called after a few days with an estimate. We gave the go-ahead to fix the TV and they called back in a couple of days to say it was fixed. We picked up the TV and is has been working fine. Since the TV was fairly new, we didn't want to buy a new one. They are expensive. This company saved us a lot of money. They were polite and professional.
