Arrived on time after hurricane matthew and raised canopy on oak then completely cleaned up. Next day removed cherry and cleaned up. Very professional, kept me informed throughout job. Quality work at a competitive price

They cut off limbs of several trees and topped a tree. They were on time. They cleaned up the mess and disposed of trash. They did a good job.

It only took three days from the time I called for a quote up to the removal of the tree. Very prompt and professional service.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY BUT CALLED WEDNESDAY EVENING TO REQUEST FRIDAY AS ONE OF THEIR TRUCKS NEEDED AN INSPECTION ON THURSDAY. THE DELAY WAS FINE WITH ME. THEY ARRIVED FIRST THING FRIDAY MORNING AND BEGAN WORKING. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE OF OUR PAVED DRIVEWAY, SLOWLY DELIMBING THE TREE FIRST AND THE SLOWLY CUTTING IT DOWN IN SMALL PIECES. THEY DID NO DAMAGE TO OUR LAWN OR DRIVEWAY. THEY THEN GROUND THE STUMP AND REMOVED ALL GRINDINGS FROM LAWN AND DRIVEWAY. THEY WERE VERY FAST, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND PROFICIENT. I RECOMMEND THEM MOST HIGHLY.

Lowest estimate out of 4. Came to give an estimate the same day that I called. Came to remove the tree at the time he estimated. The tree was old and very tall. They did an excellent job, cleaned up nicely and provided excellent service. He had NO cases against him with Consumer Affairs and his Business License was in order. Would hire him again.

Avatar returned my call promptly and was out the same day. The gentleman who came out worked quickly and efficiently and charged a fair price for the service.

He was very friendly and did a great job both times that I've used him. His prices are very reasonable. He is not very easy to contact and doesn't always call back quickly. I don't know if he's too busy or just disorganized. However, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again as long as I didn't have any time constraints on the job.

I really liked the guy and he was very reasonable. He did not charge me a minimum for the stump removal.

Responded timely with an estimate and arrived when scheduled to do the work. All work was completed very well. I would not even consider another company if I had further work in this category.

I had two estimates done for this service. His estimate was $250 lower than the other and I considered it to be a very reasonable price. He told me that his schedule was very tight and that it might take 4-6 weeks to get to my needs. Unfortunately, he didn't ever call back with his availabilty and after about 3 months, I called him again. He told me that the phone number he had for me was not a good number. Turns out that he was one digit off on my phone number. No issue really, but I wish he had come by at an earlier date and left a note at my house. Other than that, the job was done as I expected and his service was quickly accomplished.

The owner promptly came and gave me a written estimate. The work was promptly scheduled and was done on the scheduled days. Owner contacted me to notify me of a slight delay, which didn't interfere with the completion of the job. All work areas were cleaned up when the job was completed. A great job on difficult thorny hedges!

There was an initial mix up concerning scheduling, but once I contacted them the work was done promptly and to my satisfaction.

I was very impressed with their price. We called around and found out that they had the cheapest estimates. When they showed up they went to work right away. They did an excellent job with the removal and clean up of the back yard. They did a good job with the stump grinding and if we had any trees left, we would definitely use them again.

I have used Avatar before, and I called again. He is very friendly and came and did the job when I called. He gave me a very good price, and I will call again if I need to. I find I get better service from a small business.
