Keith Yeargin (Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group) went above and beyond to make being homeowners a reality for me and for my fiancé. The home buying process can be (and ours definitely was!) incredibly stressful and ours had several unexpected "bumps (at the time they felt more like boulders) in the road," but Keith handled all of it so thoroughly and so gracefully. To say he knows what he is doing is a serious understatement - he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough, he presented us with several different loan options and kept us informed every single step of the way regardless of if it was 10AM or 10PM. When we ended up hitting a few roadblocks - Keith ALWAYS found a solution for us and he put in some serious work and when things were starting to look a little dismal, he allowed me to vent my frustrations to him and his extremely patient and empathic approach to it all is something you cannot put a price on. Even after having to re-work our loan for the third time (sorry Keith!), he remained positive and patient, AND still managed to close the deal on time. Because of his extraordinary diligence and commitment to us, my fiancé and I are now homeowners of a beautiful new home and we could not be any happier or satisfied. I cannot give Keith enough praise and I cannot imagine working with anyone else.

Me and my wife were purchasing our first home and went with Atlantic Bay based on recommendations from co-workers. Keith Yeargin displayed great customer service and was patient when I would ask him to walk me through specific questions concerning loan options sometimes more than once. He was also very willing to work around my work schedule and easy to get a hold of. I also greatly appreciated when he was unavailable he was upfront about scheduling issues and would try to schedule something that was convenient for me.

I read ALL his reviews and knew he was my guy.. and he didn't disappoint! From our first conversation on 10/24/16 he listened to what I wanted and needed and he found a way to make it a reality. I closed on my home on 1/30/2017, Keith was present for the closing, which I truly enjoyed.  He and his assistant Christine impressed me from the very beginning all the way up to the end. I have already recommended him to several of my friends. He is simply the BEST!!! I cant thank you enough Keith!!!!

Keith really went the extra mile to help get me the best rate and close the deal quickly. We had our cash out refi check in hand less than 30 days from our first correspondence with Keith!  The communication with Keith and Christine throughout the process was always timely, keeping me up to date with every phase of the loan application, review, and closing.   Keith always answered my emails promptly, usually within minutes.   It's hard to find someone you can trust, especially online, but I assure you that you can count on Keith and  I highly recommend using Keith as your mortgage specialist.

We worked with Keith Yeargin and Michele Kolisnyk and we were extremely happy with the rate they were able to get us on our mortgage. We were out of the country at the time we purchased our house and their responsiveness and professionalism made the process quite smooth. Very enjoyable experience

We had a very pleasant experience.As soon as we had walked into their office building they had a plaque with our names on it saying,"Welcome special guests-Mr.and Mrs. Dizon."Their team (we were in constant contact with Mica Bumps-Mr.Davis' associate)kept us informed as much as possible.They made sure that our time with them was as stress free as possible.The only anxiety we felt was from the excitement of knowing that we would be soon-to-be homeowners.On the day we closed they gave us a parting gift/house warming present.How very thoughtful!!! We were very impressed and would highly recommend this company!!
