Arvia Films did an outstanding job.   Peter, Owner, made an appointment immediately upon our first initial call.   On the day of the appointment, he arrived on Time.   Peter described his company, his personal background, and how his company was differentiated from others in the household protective window coverings market.   It was clear Peter knew the market, the product, and it's applications.  After a review of the work we wanted to be performed, Peter summarized our expectations, and promised to provide a quote within 24 hours.   In fact the quote was emailed to us later that very afternoon.   After several questions, and counter proposals, we settled on a plan of action, and work to be performed.   Based on Peter's pricing, we actually elected to increase the size of the Job.   An installation date was determined to be the following week, about 5 days out. 
On the date of installation, the Installer arrived on time.  He was professional, very polite, well mannered.  This was a large installation, and he remained on the job site from 9:30 AM until nearly 5:00.  Peter visited the progress twice during the day, to assure all expectations were being met and to check on progress.  The job was completed.  All furniture was place back in it's original position, and clean up complete.  No issues what so ever.  The installer went over the work performed, assured we were satisfied with the work, and also explained how minor fogging on the film would clear over the next few days.   The installation is beautiful.
