Contractor described in detail what was to be cut or trimmed. The pecan tree had numerous limbs that needed trimming due to illness. There were three limbs that were already broken needing only to be slightly cut to fall completely. The contractor described the different limbs that were dying and needed to be trimmed and shaped,symetrically. I was left assured the dead limbs would be trimmed back and the tree left in a symetrical shape. I was not called to inform me that they were at my home. I had to leave an appointment and drive to my home. Again I went over exactly what the contractor was to do in detail. Due to the other appointment I paid the contractor and left. Since the contractor and I had reviewed the work to be done twice, I felt comfortable paying him.

I made an appointment for an estimate and contacted them 1 hour before the appointment time to confirm, they said I was on the schedule and they should be on time. They never showed up and didn't even bother to contact me. Very inconsiderate, I will warn others about them!
