They did a great job and we were very happy with the work. Their in-store services are also fantastic and the staff is very knowledgable.

Wow am I glad that I did. I was scheduled to have the liner installed in June, but there was a cancellation and they moved me up almost a month. After they removed the old liner they cleaned the walls and bottom, and repaired some minor issues on the bottom, The new liner was a better fit than the one first installed. They carted away all materials and cleaned up the work space. It was a great experience in every way. I strongly recommend them

Very good work and very quick. The process takes about 3 days, most of that time is spent draining and refilling the water in the pool. The price above was only the installation charge; I also bought the liner from them. They came out to the house initially to measure the pool which was a nice feature.

I had problems figuring out the sand filter and called, and the woman I would continue to speak with was rude and we had to learn over the phone. I asked for someone to come out and she said it was going to be $75. They are just about 3 miles down the road from me. This started June 18th. Since the 18th there was a lot of confusion. We put in an order for a sand filter which was installed on the 22nd. The 26th was the day we got the $400 bill in the mail. We were there the 26th and got the 3rd set of chemicals. They were not understanding the situation we were having with the water, chemicals and filter issues. I could not have been any nicer. I don't want them to think it is all their fault because I did have another company install the pool. I do blame them for not understanding how bad it was. I rented a pump to vacuum it out. I just wanted them to come out and inspect the job for us. I decided to pay the $75 to have them hook it up just to have it done.
