They installed the liner near end of June after we hired them in March 2016 and they stated it would be done in May but did not happen and they do not like to return calls and will not e-mail you. When you finally talk to the office manager she tells you she never told you that they would have the work completed at any time. She keeps telling you that you are lying and that she would never say a specific time and then she tells you a new day they will be there. We got flooded and needed the liner reset and called them again on 11 October 2016. The office Manager was not professional. We signed a contract 1 November and they took half the money on 8 November. She stated they would be out after 2 weeks on a Saturday to drop in the pump to drain the pool. I called back the next week after it was supposed to be done and she told me I was mistaken that she never told me that and that they would be out Wednesday. I called Thursday and she said again that I was mistaken that she never told me that and that they would be there Wednesday or Thursday and over talked me when I tried to speak. I even told her she had horrible customer service skills by over talking me and she over talked me while I said that. I called again on Friday and she said they were sorry they didn't make it there, and I again told her that she needs to be more specific and then she changed her story and said they were there and we were not home. I asked what time but she again over talked me and I told her that we were gone a whole hour for dinner at 6 PM and she said well they couldn't get in. I said why because they have the code to the gate. She asked for the code again just in case. She said they would be out on Saturday to drop the pump. I called Saturday and she said they didn't get time to get there so they would be there Monday (before Thanksgiving). I didn't call back I waited until the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and I e-mailed her that we still needed it done and to make sure that we all are getting correct information I will only use e-mail for now on so as both parties will not be confused on what is said. She called my husband and said she is refunding our money because they don't have time. Money is not refunded as of yet and I keep checking. I even called my bank and they said it isn't refunded. AD showed up on time and performed work in a quick and professional manner.  Everything was completed within th etime frame indicated and we've had no problems since.  Thanks for a very good job!

We have had nothing but problems since Leslie's pool supply recommended Ashley to put a new liner in our pool. The first liner didn't even come close to fitting. Ashley blamed Tropical Pools for the irregular shape. He ignored us for three months until our credit company withheld the payment for the liner. The week after payment was withheld he finally came out and looked at our floating liner and admitted that it wasn't even close to the right size. The new liner fit ok but he insisted the new liner didn't need liner lock. It came out of the channel right away so we have put up with a sagging liner for a year and a half. No matter how many times we have called him he just ignores us. I would not recommend Ashley to reline my trash can let alone my pool. He will ignore you forever once he has your money. We have bent over backwards to get him to finish the job to no avail.

They got right back to me with the cost but they didn't actually give me a detailed bid. I just got a text message back. They didn't come out with any kind of paper work about what is included. They just texted me and that was it.

Dealt directly with the owner. He was very informative and patient with all my questions. He was a little more expensive than another quote, but I ultimately chose him based on the brand of liner he was going to install and he was highly recommended by the pool store. I chose an upgraded liner that had additional UV protection and warranty. The pool looks amazing. Had a very minor issue and Ashley responded immediately. Great experience.

The liner had to be ordered and we were told we would get a call when it arrived to schedule the installation. We never got a call but the crew showed up unannounced and proceeded to prepare for the install. It took two days for the liner replacement as well as the light installation. The liner looks great. The crew completed the install and left the old liner at the curb and the paperwork on the deck without notifying anyone that the work was complete even though there was someone home at the time. The crew once again showed up days later unannounced once again for final payment and was made aware that there was an issue with the light install and it was never corrected yet we were still charged full price for the light and installation which is $375. We were told that there is an issue with the design and they all look that way but there was nothing that could be done about it. The light works but is not seated properly along the pool wall and we were told that it was only an aesthetic issue and would not affect the use of the light. Did I mention that there is no warranty on the light.

I have an agreement with Aqua. They come out once a week and check the chemistry of the pool and make sure everything is working properly. I pay them $200 a month for this. That also covers the opening and closing of the pool. They did a great job with the liner as well. They worked very quickly and they always do a professional job. I am very pleased with all the little things they have done for my pool.

The installation of the liner itself was perfect and went accordingly. The particular liner was a very high grade one and we really like the look and suspect it will hold for quite awhile. They were a good group of workers that came out. I would say that they were pretty convenient to use.

I do not care to discuss much detail about this company. I do not feel that they did a very good job. I could have done better myself. I do not remember the price because it was such a horrible job. I kind of blocked it out. The service was just horrible. I will never again hire a company to clean my pool, I feel more confident just doing it myself.
