Apple Floor Solutions

We had the entire house done. The original floors looked worn down, had several stains, and needed a lot of work. One room had carpet over white painted wood floors. Bill was able to sand everything and stain and then coat with water-based polyurethane (we requested water based over oil because of the faster drying time, due to in-laws coming for the holidays). Everything was done in a timely manner, and the floors looked amazing after. We are so happy with the results. It's made a huge difference in the overall look of our house. Apple Floor Solutions is a great company, fairly priced, and they know their stuff.

They did a fantastic job. They were punctual and hard working. It took about 7 days to complete the job. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that was done. He did a beautiful job. There are areas where the tile and wood floor meet, he made transition strips and it looks great. I would definitely use them again.

I am beyond happy with the quality of the work as well a very fair price. I interviewed 3 other companies with A ratings and am happy with my choice. The provider did more than I asked at no additional charge. You could tell he was not finished until the job was done right.

I called three companies to get estimates.  In all cases I had to leave a voice mail for a call back.  Mr Etheridge was the only one who returned my call and he called the same day, so he got the job by default.  Because I got no other estimates, I had no way of comparing prices, but I assume it was a fair price for the work performed.
Mr. Etheridge was friendly and professional.  The wood in the foyer flowed into wood in the hallway.  To avoid an obvious line, Mr. Etheridge staggeed the boards he stripped and refinished.  The floor looks much better and I hope it looks as good several years from now.

I called Apple Floor Solutions to repair a section of my kitchen floor and bedroom floor. My bedroom floor is carpeted but underneath the carpet, the floor material is cork board. I had 2 holes in my floor. The previous owner of my house use corkboard material for flooring instead of wood( not sure why) Billy came by in January and gave me his estimate. Yesterday and today he came in and did the work and did an oustanding job! I would reccomend Apple Floor Solutions to anyone. Billy was very knowledgable and professional. You hear stories about how contractors take advantage of customers; I didn't get that attitude from Billy.

this is the third time I have used Bill @ Apple Floor Solutions. The first time was in 2005 when we bought the house we live in now, moving from the house we just had redone. The job he did then was outstanding. We had another house in 2007 that we had hired someone else to install and finish the hardwood floors being put in, they were awful, so we hired Bill to come in to see if he could fix it. I'll tell you he was magical. So I knew when this house came up for refinishing, there was no one else to call. I believe his prices to be extremely reasonable for the job he/they do, and I can not over emphasize how pleased I am with their work.

Bill did an outstanding job. He worked around our schedule. He even came on Saturday and Sunday to finish the job.

I had a price quote from the company a few months earlier, but decided to hold off. They were still able to honor the price that was quoted to me previously when I finally decided to go ahead with the project. Bill was really nice and very trustworthy. He was very honest with the work that he did and worked throughout the day to get the project done in less than three days. I was very satisfied with the work provided.

It went very well. It's a one person team. He did the work fast and well.
