Initial response to new call was great. Appointment was set, and the owner of the company showed and completed work without any issues. Price was as estimated. Two months down the road, it was noticed that the outer windshield frame which covers the glass kept coming off, held on by the silicone initially applied. Owner stated any problems call back and will be corrected immediately. Several calls and even scheduling an appointment which included a half day off work to accommodate and no show. Called on day of appointment to verify time and stated will return call. Evening came and called again to verify if appointment needed to be rescheduled, an kept on hold indefinitely Called other glass company for repair and turns out windshield frame hooks were damaged and required replacement. Cost of parts and labor is unexpected labor that could have been avoided during initial windshield replacement.. 
In conclusion: If you want your windshield replaced in a hurry, but need no guarantees to back up work....call American Auto Glass
