I met them through my neighbor, my neighbor used them and they were more reasonable and they are very thorough.  He's a family owned business and they explain things to you.  They wear boots when they come through your house so they don't leave any dirt or anything like that.  They are very thorough, they take their time and explain everything to you.  I have referred them to several people.

They're terrific. Usually, it's same day service. They take care of two or three people in my neighborhood. They're clean and really good. I've been a customer of theirs for 30 years.

This was the best experience. Our old unit went out on us and they were here within 24hrs to check it out. We already knew we needed a new unit. A few days later, they were here replacing it. The install guy was so friendly too. He took the time to even get to know Harley, my dog, lol, before he began. He did fabulous. The owner even stopped by to check in. Thank you so much for providing fast, fantastic work at a fair price. I feel confident that of any problem arises, they will be here to address it quickly.

EXCELLENT! I HAD CONTACTED ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO A PRE-WINTER INSPECTION OF MY FURNACE. THEY DID THE INSPECTION AND THE TECHNICIAN REPORTED A GAS CONTROL MODULE WAS DEFECTIVE AND I SHOULD REPLACE MY FURNACE BECAUSE OF ITS AGE. THE REPLACEMENT COST WAS BETWEEN $6,000 - $8,000. TO BE FAIR, THE TECHNICIAN MAY HAVE MADE A REASONABLE DIAGNOSIS CONSIDERING IT APPEARS THAT THE THERMOSTAT WAS THE PROBLEM. ALSO, A REASONABLE CASE MAY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BE MADE FOR REPLACING THE FURNACE BECAUSE THE COST OF JUST DOING THE REPAIRS WAS GOING TO BE AROUND $1000 (FOR THE MODULE AND SOME OTHER WORK).



I DECIDED TO GET A SECOND OPINION AND A FRIEND RECOMMENDED AMBIENT AIR CARE. I CALLED THEM AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY DETERMINED THAT MY PROBLEM WAS THE THERMOSTAT. I HAD THEM INSTALL A REPLACEMENT THERMOSTAT, INSTALL A DRAIN WATER OVERFLOW EMERGENCY SHUT OFF KIT, AND FIX MY DRAIN PAN (IT WAS TILTED SO THAT WATER COULD NOT DRAIN). THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I NOW HAVE MY HOME TEMPERATURE CONTROL RESTORED. I THOUGHT THAT THE COST OF WORK DONE WAS QUITE REASONABLE AND I HAVE ADDED THEM TO MY CELL PHONE AND HOME PHONE INDEXES IN CASE I NEED MORE WORK IN THE FUTURE. I DO NOT THINK YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED USING THIS COMPANY.

I can say that this company was a pleasure to have out to do the work they did. At first, they sent out the owner to assure me that this job would be done one hundred percent to the specifications we agreed upon. They worked very efficiently, and as this is a semi older home, made sure all was in perfect working order before they left. I highly recommend Ambient to anyone who really needs an excellent heating and air company.
