About five or six years ago I interviewed three contractors for the job of power washing our home which had new vinyl siding. Tony was by far the most knowledgeable of the three. Our area has a problem with coal dust and if we don't keep after it the siding gets very dirty. Tony does not use excessive water pressure which can drive water underneath the siding and cause other problems. he uses a combination of detergent and warm water to do his work.
