The plumber (owner, I think), came out and did a good job of inspecting our problem and giving me his opinion, however, he was supposed to email me with a quote and never heard from him again. He also was supposed to call once he was on his way and didn't, he just showed up.

Description of Work
Took out old hot water heater. Replaced it with a new hot water heater with a ten year guarantee.Placed round pan under it also went under house he installed a drain pipe leading outside to catch the water in the event that if I should have a leak in the future it would not go under the floor.
