Excellent job and fair price. The techs, Joe and Matt, were AWESOME. Fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. This was not my first contact with Scott Conyers and he’s been great every encounter.

Called but didn't get an immediate answer. I was called me back in a half hour and they scheduled to be at my house within the hour. The technician arrived on time and quickly found the problem. Our start compacitor had gone out due to extreme heat. The part was quickly replaced and our unit was functioning properly again. Before leaving the technician checked air temperature and filters just to be sure everything worked and looked as it should. High quality, extremely thorough and fast service, would recommend them to anyone.

Occasionally it had some problems and I called for repair. The owner does not answer the company phone or his cell phone and calls back. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days to call back.

It is very difficult to get the owner any body in the company to call back. In the last 2 weeks I have called 4 times and left a message. No call back yet.

I would recommend using somebody else. They did a great a job installing and the unit worked great. However, the lack of response has caused me to recommend somebody else.

Replaced key components for central air. The technicians were very conscientious, knowledgeable and professional. The company  has local roots and management had been very responsive to the customers needs.

My tenant texted me at 6:28 p.m. 9/2/14 to let me know the a/c was not cooling properly. I texted Scott Conyers at 6:35 p.m. asking him if he could have someone check on the problem and fix it as soon as possible. I gave him the name and phone number of my tenant. He contacted them and had the system fixed before 12 noon the following day. I like happy tenants and Scott helps me keep them that way!

Received a text from my tenant at 9:30 pm that air conditioning system was not working. Texted Scott Conyer at 9:40 pm advising him of situation and asking him to see what was wrong and fix it. He texted me back that he could check it out the next morning. I gave him my tenant's phone number and notified her he would be contacting her and coming by. I then received a text from Scott at 9:45 am that system was fixed. My tenant and I are very pleased that there was a less than 24 hour turn around. Scott's promptness was very appreciated as my tenant has a 3 week old infant and it was important to keep him as comfortable as possible.

It went very well, we were very pleased with them. They are a neighborhood company and they dug good reviews from the neighborhood. We have a facebook page and we share comapanies in our neighborhood and they were recommended there. Another comapny gave us a quote and we were not happy with the price but they were like 1000 dollars less. They cleaned everything up, the only problem i had with them is it took a while to come and get the old system. They even came back the next day and showed us how to use a new thermostat. They arrived when they said they would.

I used him because he had good marks from Angie's list and my son had used him. He came out to check out two heat pump issues. One was the air handler which he solved to my satisfaction. The other heat pump was making a racket when it started up. The second was low on freon...which he also took care of. The second continued to make a racket so he came out again. He spent a while explaining how a heat pump worked and how mine was made. Bottom line...he diagnosed the problem fully and professionally and without a charge for the follow up call. This is a family run business and I believe he is interested in giving good old fashion service. I will definitely use him in the future!

The technician was polite, professional, seemed happy to answer my questions, and completed the work in a timely manner. The price was reasonable for the work completed. When I received my emailed invoice, I was pleasantly surprised to find it even had before and after photos of the repair work. I appreciated that, especially since I'm unable to climb up to my attic right now and couldn't inspect the work myself. Overall, I was very happy and am planning to have them out to check our AC in the spring.

Scott was very helpful when our AC broke. He came over about 10 p.m. the first night to evaluate the issue. He saw the the coils had rusted and I would need that replaced and my freon was low. He refilled the freon to try to keep it cool while the part was on order. His guys came out early in the following week and replaced the coils and added more freon to the unit. Everything was working perfectly for about 2 weeks then the AC stopped working again. Scott came out and noticed something hadn't been turned on properly so he fixed that with no problem and no charge. He always sent me an email with an invoice which is great for easy record-keeping. It included eveything that was done and even noted a warrenty for parts and labor. I would definitely recommend Scott and his team to others.

Friendly, yet professional. Very capable and able to diagnose problem quickly. Have used company many times during the last seven years, from repairing an older refrigerator that we have since replaced, to installing a new water heater. Highly recommend.
Stays in contact if discovers will be delayed.

Their crew is always available for immediate service calls. The most reasonable in town and back up their warranty!

Their boss came out to help the technicians because they were a bit short-handed, so the work was outstanding. They took all the old stuff away, brought in the new high-efficiency unit, and we're very happy with it so far.

They gave me a phenomenal price years ago. They had come out on New Year's Day and spent eight hours repairing my heater. They are amazing. They are local and I love that because I tried to give as much business to locals as possible. Prior to putting my new unit in, they were the people that I always called whenever I had difficulty. They are clean. There was never any foul language. They are just a great company to deal with. They are all so kind and professional.

On time and punctual - provided and stuck to reasonable ezstimate even though work was more extensive than initally thought (platform underneath heater was rotted and had to be replaced)
While lifting new heater up into attic it slipped from technician and damaged a portion of the drywall. The owner had a drywall repair person and painter out the same day to repair the damage and the whole wall was painted so the spot was not noticable - the repair was seemless and perfectly done. The owner followed up the next day and came out to make sure everything was done correctly

It was very reasonable. They did a great job. Scott the owner is fabulous. They are clean, neat, and they never have to come back.
