I dropped off a pair of boots on Thursday, Alex offered me two choices of replacement soles and said they would be ready Saturday. I went back early the next week,and when I tried to pay he told me cash or check only. I had to leave to find an ATM. Obviously would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Stitching on one boot is fine, the other has a couple of spots that got off track.  Redwing wanted $100 and three weeks to put replacement soles on, considering shipping back and forth $65 is probably in line.

My shoes are ruined.  They look horrible!   Alex tried to convince me that he had to "hand sew" the stitching, but he went right through the side of the shoe and left holes.  He also left glue and his stitches were uneven and sloppy.  I cannot wear these shoes again.  Sloppy work. Do not use this place.

Our dog had found my daughter's Timberland dress boots and chewed up the heels. She bought them last year but they are no longer made, so no chance of buying replacements for these comfortable, stylish boots. I took them in with little hope that the heels could be replaced with anything that would look or feel as good, but they look terrific! The employees were polite, timely and did a great job. For only $20! I will definitely be going there again (as our dog can be very clever about finding and chewing on shoes!)

Excellent shoe repair business. When I picked them up a week later, they looked brand new. Better than buying a new pair. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
