AJ's Tree Removal

Price may have been best around but the money Iâ  m spending to fix my yard that they destroyed more than made up for it. They started to cut down my neighbors tree. Terrible customer service. Total lack of respect for someoneâ  s property.

AJ’s did an excellent job. I contacted them on a Friday. They were at my house the following day to give me an estimate. Then several days later they had my tree removed. I would highly recommend them.

AJ was prompt with both a quote and the service. My tree was very large and was well overdue for a trim. The tree was trimmed beautifully and all debris was taken away! I would definitely utilize his service again.

this man lied about getting the job done. Said he would be here 4/18/22 called and was told I was second on the list to be done called 4/22/22 and was told he was on his second job and would be here at 8:00 am 4/23/22 showed up to get set up around 11:30 am finely got started around 2:00 pm. with only the tree cuter. Said he would be back Monday 4/25/22 around 8:00 am did not show up until 2:30 pm with no crew to complete the job he had one more tree to take down I called and told him he needs to get the mess he left and get his equipment out that he was fired!!

The storm that we had on Sunday knocked a ton of branches into my yard from a tree that the city is supposed to be removing next month. Unfortunately, this time the size of the branches were too big for me to remove on my own. I contacted them and got a response quickly, and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. The next day, he came and removed the branches from my yard… Which is great because I have two dogs that love to chew on sticks. Thank you so much!

They were prompt. They contacted me the day after I expressed my need. The came out the same day and completed my shurbs. They also gave me a quote for the stump removal . They came out on Memorial day and did the job. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves

DJ came to my house and I was very specific about what I wanted trimmed. Requested a phone call before work. I was the the grocery store when a neighbor phone to say someone is in your yard. By the time I returned home, the branches I wanted saved had been cut down. The climbing roses where desecrated. Very unhappy, clean up was average. I would NOT recommend.

Aaron is great! Not only did he do a great job on our hedges & the overhanging limbs in our yard at a reasonable price, he also gave us a reasonable quote on doing some painting & papering on our interior & we are ready to hire him for the job. He is prompt & very personable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a job well done.

Came across professional, but just cut the shrub out and didn't remove it like I requested. No contact to reschedule after a couple days of rain. Not very happy with the service provider, and will not hire him again.

Aaron did a great job. However, when the job was completed, he didn't ask me if I was satisfied with the service and billed my credit card for the final payment. I've never had a contractor do this before. I would hire him again, but would insure that he make a final check with me and not charge my card till I was contacted

They did a total hack job on the tree in the front of my house. They did not cut it as they were asked. They also damaged a bush and dented my gutter cutting down they tree. Do not use this company.
