They installed a new toilet in my Master Bath that I had purchased. They worked in a timely manner, and made sure everything worked properly.
We have used this company on two other occasions over the years, and they are always courteous, professional, and do a great job, and they clean up everything before they depart. Finally, no matter the project, they make sure you are completely happy with the work they did.
We plan on using them in the near future once again.

I was so please with Steve Lane's professionalism and the quality of work performed by his employees that I used Affordable Plumbing extensively for the remainder of the plumbing work in both bathrooms. I really appreciated that Steve allowed me to purchase all of the plumbing materials at his contractor's cost. This saved a lot of money and I was able to select higher quality products. At each stage the work was completed in a reasonable time and the workmanship was excellent.
On one particular Saturday I had an electrician working on a ceiling light/fan in the guest bathroom. Unfortunately, he cut into a water pipe with his sawsall and sprung a major leak. I called Steve who responded immediately to fix the problem. There was some debate between the electrician and Steve regarding the method to fix the leak. Steve explained how he would complete the repair and why it was the best and correct long term solution. After completing the work Steve only charged $100.00 for an emergency repair on a Saturday. I was amazed. Steve's hourly rate is $95.00 per hour, yet he was on site for this repair for a little over an hour, not including travel time.
Steve charged $85.00 per hour for his assistant plumber who performed most of the remodeling work. Both rates are very reasonable. I say this because Affordable Plumbing was not availble for the final fixture work in the guest bathroom. Steve was sorry he could not perform the work but suggested I use Johnny Eiban. Johnny also did great work, but in comparison his rate was around $123.00 per hour. I will call Steve Lane and use Affordable Plumbing for all future plumbing work. If by chance they are not available, then I will call Johnny.
Steve is truly an honest and fair professional. He helped immensely in completing the condominium remodel that had started off quite poorly. It is comforting to know I can rely on Steve and not have to search for bids on plumbing work anymore. I just call Steve.
