Our church was very pleased with the service provided by Affordable Brick Repair, LLC. We asked Mr. Grady to help design an engraved brick pavers for our ?Making Memories Garden? and we could not be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, Mr. Grady and his team were professional, making certain that every aspect of the project was handled with care.
The price was reasonable, and the quality of the workmanship was top-notch. The owner, Mr. Grady of Affordable Brick Repair kept us informed of the process schedule and he was true to his word about the project. The project was done in a timely manner, and the site was left clean and tidy. Grady, the owner, came and saw the crack in my brick caused by foundation settling and in his opinion, no foundation repair was necessary. He gave me a price for that repair and then on inspections of the entire house noted that the masonry lintels above the window and door on the north side of the house needed to be replaced. He then gave me two estimates; one for the crack and the second for the crack and the replacement of the lintels. i chose the latter. The brick and lintel work was completed in one day by his workers. They were professional, clean cut, very polite, and worked thru the lunch hour. After the mortar had set for a few days, Grady returned and painted the areas that had been repaired. Grady did not ask for up-front money, but presented his invoice when the job was satisfactorily completed.

We had damage to our front brick steps due to a vehicle accident. Grady Jackson was very responsive to a quote request and we were able to schedule the repair work in a reasonable time. The work was completed as agreed upon. His crew was great. We were very happy with the results. You can't really tell the repaired part, from the undamaged, unless you know what to look for.

Grady was extremely responsive. He answered my late-night emails within minutes. All questions were answered, the job started on time and ended a few days early. All work was done very professionally and looks great. They pointed up my entire chimney. Really friendly and efficient. I will use them again when needed. Price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

when called Grady came promptly, provided and estimate before leaving. Returned to do the work a week earlier than was estimated and finished in 2 days over a week ahead of schedule. All the work done on the brick wall was excellent. Hard to tell where the cracks were after Grady finished the work. The only problem was a lot of dust left behind on the porch that took a couple of hours to clean up. But that was a small price to pay for excellent and prompt work.

Affordable Brick Repair installed two brick mailbox/newspaper columns with attached lights. They were very dependable, professional, and had high quality workmanship. Several people that had noticed their workmanship, stopped and inquired about getting a job done for them while they were still executing our job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs brick work done.
