"I do sales, orders, some repairs, man the office and go to each job as it is started to properly set it up so I can't always answer all messages the same day they are received. We are a small company and try our best to service all inquires in a timely manor. I am sorry if my response was not quick enough for Ms. [Member Name Removed]. We work very hard to give quick and accurate estimates for our customers, we all have families and our weekends which we cherish very much. Most people are willing to work with us on times and days which are compatible for all. When Ms [Member Name Removed] stated coming out over the weekend, I simply said that I was busy and had already made plans. Ms [Member Name Removed] then asked about week days after 4:00 in which I stated that I don' t go in that area during rush hour traffic. I then asked if after the other companies measured the job she could let me know the total footage and I could give a quote from that info and if she wanted to go forward then I would come out and finalize the estimate. Ms [Member Name Removed] then said well I already know the footage, gates and height of fence, I then said great, I can give you a quote based on that info and if you like it I will come out and finalize the estimate. I am sorry if by wishing Ms [Member Name Removed] good luck on the estimates she was having over the weekend was taken out of context I was simply wishing her the best!"
