Home Security System Service
It was discovered that one of the Internet jacks wasn't working. After dozens of email requests and months of missed appointments in trying to get them to correct the problem I have given up. They don't care about your customer satisfaction after the fact. Their focus is doing builder work and then, in my opinion, never plan on coming back. I gave them a last chance to respond else I would post negative reviews to warn others. Feedback from other residents in my neighborhood after I posted a gripe on Facebook were similar stories of bad work, poor attitude and inappropriate behavior.
