He laid out clear expectations as to time to completion and when he would be performing the work on the Deck and Fence that we had him replace. His attention to detail and communication with us from start to finish was on point and his attention to detail is best in class. Ace Home Improvements from Virginia Beach is awesome. I called on Friday and Steve (the owner/veteran) set out a top notch person on Saturday. I had bought the columns so I needed to have the old columns removed and replaced with the new ones. The repair person was Mr. Robert (Robbie) Haywood (also a veteran) who did a fantastic job in two hours. He also hauled away the old columns. Great contractors are hard to find! I highly recommend this company and yes I am a veteran also.

He had the replacement rehung door installed with additional custom aluminum cladding added to the exterior frame within an hour. He also transferred the existing knob as I did not have the replacement yet. Thanks again!

I needed to have a small 20 ft. section of soffit replaced prior to selling my house in April. I contacted ACE and was initially provided a quote $850. After examining the entire house, he recommended that I replace the soffits around the entire house for $3,000. I indicated that I just wanted to have what I requested replaced. He then said that small job was going to be difficult and increased the price to $950. All of this took place in a span of 5 minutes. When the up-sale did not work, the price of the first job increased. At this point, I decided to not to hire. I contacted another company and the work was completed a fews later for a less than half the cost. The job took less than 2 hours to complete.
