Excellent job

This company REALLY needs improvement in the customer service area. The installation was not problem, but if you are trying to get a tech to your house after it's installed or anyone to call you back on a follow-up call, GOOOOOOODDDDD LUCK! It's not going to happen. Several times i've needed a tech (And still do!!) and can't seem to get anyone to come to my house because no one follows-up or calls back. The person who answers the phone will tell you someone is going to call and they don't. OR the tech may place one phone call and if you're not there to answer, you can leave several messages and NO ONE will call back. Don't try to get assistance from the office staff, either. NO ONE calls back. Worst company I've dealt with in years! Can't wait until my contract runs out and go with a company that has better service. Don't waste your money. There are so many others that are better. Thought I would give a local company some business, but big mistake.

I've been with Access for over five years and have nothing but great things to say about them.

Access Innovations installed security cameras and a DVR at my home in North Carolina before I left for 8 months. The DVR was not reachable via the Internet but the company stopped answering my numerous requests to fix it. So I had to fix it myself on my return. The issues were: 1. The DVR was a discontinued model that did not match the spec of their demo model 2. The DVR had a defective hard disk. The DVR manufacturer, however, was excellent and exchanged the obsolete and defective DVR for the current model. 3. The wireless connection to the router was an amateur job that did not work. I have set up a standard wireless bridge that works fine.

Will (the technician who completed this project) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and skilled at his job. When he left my house, I felt comforted and more secure. Thank you all so much for your kind assistance and immediate response to my request for the security system to be enabled. I am very blessed to have Access Innovations available to me.
