Do your research before hiring these people to manage your property. These are the worst individuals I have ever dealt with and I have rented many properties over the past 12 years. They do not return your calls, it has been two months since they found someone to rent my condo and I still have not received the owner disbursement. To sum up my experience, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY! NEVER, NEVER, EVER, USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO REAL ESTATE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF MANAGING IT YOURSELF! HORRIBLE! READ THE GOOGLE AND YELP REVIEWS. MANY MORE HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES?
