Auto Transmission Service
Horrible. We needed the transmission on a F150 repaired. We took the truck in for an opinion, which cost several hundred dollars. When we got the report we asked if other parts were worn enough to be replaced along with the broken parts. He refused and said that would be fraud. I called national customer service and this was not against the policy. We got to the shop, he was yelling that it was fraud. He would not give an estimate until we told him what length of warranty we were buying. I asked more questions, he said he was only speaking to my husband and held his hand up inches from my face. I recalled customer service later and she told me he lied.
