Tim reached out to me shortly after i contacted the company and was able to make a trip to my house very soon. He ended up recommending some options besides buying blinds from the company. I am very appreciative he was not just focused on selling me something, but trying to find what would look best in my windows. The piece I did order came in within 2 business days. I was able to install it myself because Tim had shown me how to do so when he visited. He also gave me great advice on curtains, which the business doesn't even sell. Great customer service and professionalism. I would definitely use this company again

They gave me a time and stuck to it. They manufactured exactly what I wanted and installed them. They did what they said they were going to do. My windows looked great when they were finished. They were very knowledgeable about their profession. I couldn t say enough about them.
