I have to say I was fully satisfied with the end result of the work done at my house. I was getting Qwest piping replaced throughout my entire townhouse with modern Pex piping. If you plan to live a bit more conscious free, I highly suggest it. I had gotten quotes from various plumbing companies as there is so much competition and A1 beat them easily. The work done wasn't completely to my satisfaction and the project took much longer than expected due to various reasons. Most of the supervisors I worked with were very competent and solidly communicative with my frustrations, actually empathizing with the reality of the situation. The initial person who did the job was a great and super friendly guy but his helper was just not great and he had to continually fix his problems which made things run over. Months later when I got settled I expressed frustration to the management and A-1 met in the middle with me on a constructive solution. I am 100% happy with the results and plan to do a lot more business with them. A really really big shoutout to the tech who visited twice and did everything without issue, Jonathan Schemetti. Also I really appreciate Tim who was easily the best contact person I got in touch who made things happen. Make SURE you get to a supervisor who doesn't give you a standoffish attitude or dismiss your concerns, they have really great people working here.!

Jordan was excellent and met every promise made. Would definitely use A1 again for well pump work.

Our technician, Chris Dale, was exceptional! He was prompt, professional, and vey courteous! He did meticulous work and should be given a raise! It’s our opinion that you have a very good person working for you and hope that A1 recognizes it and takes care of him!

This is the second time we’ve trusted A-1 to take care of our plumbing issues, and once again they performed well!

We were told that this would be a one-day project, and they could get it done without impacting our business. Not only did it take far more than one day (three weeks to be exact) it severely impacted our operations and cost us a significant amount in lost revenue. I have called several times during the project and requested for a member of management to call me regarding the issues with this and have never received a call back. The project failed the first inspection and took two weeks for them to get the second one scheduled. due to their lack of planning and follow through with the city. I would not recommend this company if you were on a specific timeline and they were far more expensive for the same work than other companies.

I had a plumbing leak in my crawlspace, so I called A1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing, and was able to have someone come out the same day. Jeronmy did the repair and was awesome. He was professional but also personable. He kept me informed from the moment he was on his way, and throughout the process of what needed to be done for the repair. He was very efficient and got the work done in less than an hour. If I ever needed them to come out again, I would be happy to have him return. I can honestly say that I've had a good experience with everyone, from A1 Sewer & Plumbing, that has come out to do work on my home.

I just wanted to send out a great review for Patrick and Jordan! They deserve 1000 stars ⭐️ They did a great job fixing my cracked water heater. They listen to all my concerns and my problems to help give resolution to this major problem. I especially wanted to say thank you to Jordan for all his customer service and kind words as he helped us through every part of our problem to the solution. I think the most amazing part is his great knowledge and his way to explain how things are going to happen and move forward to completion. As a first time homebuyer, these situations can be very scary. I definitely will recommend A1sewer and drain They have great technicians!

Lee came out right away to help us with a leaking hot-water shut-off valve located under the kitchen sink and leading to our dishwasher.Lee is very polite and easy to talk to. He explained that he would first try to repair the valve because that would be the least expensive fix. When he took off the valve, he showed us that the rubber washer had disintegrated (30-year-old house) leaving metal on metal. Not good! He cleaned it up, put in a new washer, and put it back in. Lee was a pleasure to work with.

The 2 guys were awesome....worked hard and fixed my toilet in 45 minutes. I will refer A-1 to everybody.

I spent $13.5k on an encapsulation of my crawlspace. During the process a small water leak was found. A1 Sewer came out to repair the leak and the clown who made the repair decided the slice my 20 mil vapor barrier in 3 places below the leak. I guess to drain the tiny amount of water? And he never informed me of his Edward scissor hands handiwork. Complete lack of understanding.

Danny Norman a d his crew did a PHENOMENAL JOB replacing the Sewer line underneath the slab of my house. I had collapsed cast iron piping from the original construction of the house. What should have been a lengthy process took A1's Danny Norman and crew took 3 days. They were able to free up the 3 bathrooms and kitchen that were inoperable due to the pipe damage causing a MAJOR inconvenience for a family of 5. I would definitely recommend A1 plumbing and Sewer to anyone and everyone in need of plumbing repairs and services!!! Great job fellas!!!

Mike Hannan deserves a promotion! The guy confirmed the appt, let me know what time he was coming, arrived on time, communicated the issue, gave me a flat price to fix it, fixed it, showed me he fixed, and then spent a few minutes making sure I was comfortable with the work performed. He kept my house clean during the entire process and didn't track in dirt even though it was raining! 10/10 would let this guy do any future work on my home.

This company is not professional or trustworthy. All they do is lie. They don’t care about their customers. They have had me without hot water for over 7 days now. They know I have no hot water but yet they do not give me an update on how long it’s going to be before they come and finish the job. At this point I’m going to have to get another company to come and finish the work F1 started. I can’t even call this below average company A1!! Do yourself a favor and find yourself another company if you’re looking to get quality plumbing services!!

My technician was Jeronmy Nixon. He was able to come over to the weekend to help with plumbing repairs on my newly purchased home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in his work. He was able to give recommendations on potential future issues. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Jeronmy Nixon was very professional, friendly, and gave us excellent service. He quickly found the source of our plumbing issue and cleaned out plumbing lines to solve the problem. I hope we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do we will be giving A-1 a call.

A-1 Sewer & Drain has superb customer service. Donovan was professional and courteous. He explained everything as he went along. And tightened up all the Bolts on my toilets. Unfortunately, we did not find the location of the leak yet. We Are taking baby steps so as to avoid tearing up my floors. I would recommend them to any and all of my friends.

Ben Cadena from A1 Sewer & Drain called to see if I was avaliable earlier than originally scheduled, which I was thankful for; so I could go about the rest of my day. He explained what he was doing, and answered any questions that I had. He was pleasant, and efficient in the work he did.
