The owner provided an assessment and then introduced his painter to us. The original job was for painting the entryway. The worker did an adequate job but we discovered later that he did not finish the job. There were small areas that were left incomplete and some of the painting had noticeable drips. By the time we noticed these errors it was too late to bother trying to call them back to repair. It was not worth rescheduling and taking time off work to be there for it. When we asked for the stairway to be painted, the job was again done adequately, but upon later inspection the railing was covered in drips from the paint. This had to be scraped off carefully by us prior to selling the home.



Thus I would say that for the price you will get an adequate job. You have to know exactly what you want and also be willing to check. Our unwillingness to incur the hassle of having the job completed right, with multiple visits, is why I can't fully recommend a repeat use of this company. The price is good and the owner honest and reliable. It is just that some of the workers were more concerned about getting the job done as quickly as possible.

The price quoted was within the range of the actual cost. The work was professional and thoroughly done and work was done within the time frame discussed. The initial painting job was so well done we continued on with other work such as property management. This company goes the extra mile to get the work done. Staff are courteous and trustworthy.

Tom is not only a skilled painter, he is a wonderful professional, sending text messages and photos to show us his progress. (We were away at the time of the work.) He communicates constantly so you are always aware of each step. He goes above and beyond what an ordinary painter would do, which is why he is in high demand.

Excellent, they gained our confidence quickly with their attention to detail and thoughtful courtesy. Tom is very patient and always in touch about his timing. The materials they used are wonderful, their experience is evident and while the price seems high at first, it is worth every penny.
