The service provided did not go well. The company does not have 3 full crews so if the owner Shawn M. doesn’t show up then no work will be getting done. There were multiple days where he didn’t call or show and when he did show it was often not till 11am or later in the morning. Because of this the kitchen was way behind schedule. Even though we paid for the appliances to be put he he didn’t install a single one. Later he said it was because he doesn’t do gas stoves or electrical work and he was only supposed to but in our microwave range, which is still sitting on our counter, but when the contract was drawn up he included appliance installation. We have screws coming out of our cabinets, we can’t open the dishwasher because of how he installed the toe kick, the quarter round doesn’t meet up, there’s a large piece of wood nailed into my new cabinet and we have damage to our wall from him jumping on our butcher block when he was installing it. At that point my Husband told him to get off it and we didn’t want him touching another thing in our kitchen after that. It’s a load bearing wall and plaster was crack and chunks fell out of it. Thank goodness the wood behind it is still intact.
