A'La Carte Clean

The ladies were very professional, thorough and did a great job every time for the last couple of years.

I've used this company for about a year and a half or so. They were ok in the beginning and actually spent time in the house doing things right--but things just went down hill. Broken items, bad cleaning or no cleaning. I have a fairly large home and was concerned at how little time they were actually in my house 'cleaning'. I realize that no one is going to clean the way I do but I did expect some basic things....like cleaning the sink back splash (see pix of tissue wiped along the surface--yuck!) We are not there most of the time to monitor it so we installed a camera. Seems like their average time from arrival to departure was about 25 minutes. There is no way they could clean my house in that amount of time. We also noticed that they were rolling their vacuum cleaner along the driveway picking up dirt and sand in the wheels--which explains the mystery scratches all over my wood floors. I've been on my hands and knees for hours trying to buff out the scratches. Some of the things that really made me mad were the broken items just left with no apology, note or explanation, floors just cleaned in the middle with dirt and dust clearly visible in the corners, marks all over the baseboards, broken toe boards, etc. A number of personal items have also been broken, such as a one of a kind glass sculpture that was commissioned for my birthday--irreplaceable. Julie seems like a nice person but the service is NOT worth the hundreds of dollars we were paying her each month for cleaning. Also...she never responded to my message regarding the issues and cancellation of service.

I highly recommend them. There are usually 3 that come to clean the house and it takes about 3 hours. They are exceptional. They do really good cleaning when they come. They are reliable. They go over and above. If you want something done they do it.

They come all the time. I get 3 girls and they clean my whole 3 bedroom condo is 1.5 hours. They are awesome. Nice girls, very friendly and Julie has bond insurance, workers comp and liability insurance and she gives you copies of it all. I like her a lot and her husband owns it and he is retired Navy.

Overall, very good. My initial contact with owner Julie was very positive. She is very enthusiastic, upbeat individual. She came to the property and made a visual inspection before giving me a quote. The team of three was very nice and personable. It took the team two days to complete what I thought would be a one afternoon job but it worked out. The team arrived later than promised; a bit of a problem as I expect people to be prompt. Repeated texts and a email for the promised invoice has resulted in no response from the owner.

Julie, I am still waiting for the required invoice -- need it for my records! Thanks!   

Friendly and trustworthy. Great with animals. They clean my house every week and do a good job on basic cleaning. Rick is the best in the Kitchen and makes the kitchen look new,

There are usually three people who come to my house. They were on time and performed service were in reasonable time.

The girls (4) were on time, went right to work and did a good job.

Sometimes I would like for them to be a little bit more careful. The cost is very reasonable. I would give them a B+.

They have been really good about working things out. The owner of the company is very good about resolving issues.

Julie is great ! room  sparkled ! can't wait to have her full time to replace the service that failed to be on time !  USE JULIE  ! she was great.
