I called on 11/09/18 for a pickup to take me to the Norfolk airport on 11/10/18 at 5:00 a.m. By 5:00 a.m. on 11/10/18 1st Choice Taxee had not shown up. For the next fifteen minutes I called dispatch three times and received three different answers. First, the driver is on the way. Second, I will call the driver to see where they are. Third, I cannot get the driver to answer their phone and suggest you call another cab company. Too late for me. I hop in my car and drive to the airport myself just making my flight. Airport long term parking cost me $81 vs the $33 price 1st taxee quoted me if they had shown up. I knew when I returned from my trip I would have a voice message with an apology or explanation as to what happened.....Nothing.

The driver was very friendly, punctual, and the vehicle was clean and orderly. The service was pleasant and I enjoyed my driver's company throughout the duration of my trip.
