I called about having my septic tank pumped out and the cost. I was told that they could do it the next day and the cost would be $225.00. I explained that I was starting to have a strong sewage smell inside as well as outside the house, although none of the drains seem to be backing up. The lady said that the smell was usually the way it started. We discussed how far the septic tank was located from the driveway and she stated that the man would have 100 feet of hose on the truck. I said that I hoped that would be long enough and if he came, for $225.00, I wanted him to pump out the tank regardless since it has never been pumped out.

I received a call the next day somewhere around noon and the lady said that the truck was on the way.

When the man arrived, I showed him the approximate area  where the septic tank was located. In just a few minutes he had located the tank, dug down and had the top off, and was pumping the tank out. He was very pleasant and professional in the manner in which he carried himself and the way he did his work. We carried on conversation the entire time he worked and was done in no time at all.

After he finished, I asked for an invoice. He told me he had one and the cost was $250.00.  I said that the lady had told me that it would be $225.00. I said, call her, but he said that it was alright. He scratched out the $250.00 and changed it to $225.00. I wrote him a check for $225.00.

I would definitely use this company again in a heartbeat.
