Wood's Service Center

I cannot say enough good things about this auto shop. I brought my car in for something I thought would be a minor problem - my heat wasn't very warm. They got me in right away - and found that my coolant had essentially solidified. The technicians went to work as if it were their own car. Unfortunately, my radiator could not be saved, but it wasn't for lack of trying. The folks faithfully kept in touch with me - I never felt I was getting anything but honesty. When my car wasn't ready when they thought it might be, they gave me a very nice loaner at no cost. And, when I picked up my car, I was stunned that they had cut their own labor costs to make the bill as affordable as possible. I'm a single woman with very little knowledge of car innards - they treated me like family. I feel blessed to have found my way to this great business, and would recommend them to ANYONE.

I was very pleased with what they found and the work they did.  I had taken the first car somewhere else and was told several major  things I needed done that I really did not need.   The work that I  had done at Woods was at a much lower price than what I was quoted at the other place.
Including the 3 big things that were not needed, my bill would have been $2,400
Without those 3 things my bill would have been $927.95
      At Woods the exact same work was             $748.06
I ended up taking my second car that also needed some major work, ( see above ).
I ended up getting both cars fixed  for less than what dealer quoted me on my first car.
Everyone very professional.   I have already recommended Woods to someone and they had their Mercedes worked on and was very happy with end result.

I was in and out in half an hour, waiting area was clean, they were quick and polite.  It was great.

They did a very thorough evaluation and found some important problems. They gave me a reasonable plan for repair.

They assessed the battery and alternator. After they charged and tested the battery, it was determined that only a starter was needed. They replaced the started and assured my daughter that they guaranteed their work. We both were very pleased.

I have never received bad service from them and they are very economical and effective. I have a van that is handicapped accessible and they have always taken care of any problems I have had. Their employees are very professional and courteous.

Car would not start, and the symptoms indicated a fuel system problem. I thought it was the fuel pump, and so did Wood's when they heard the symptoms. That is an expensive job on my car, requiring removal of the gas tank just to access the fuel pump. They called back the next morning and said they had found some wires knocked loose leading to the crankshaft sensor, so I only owed them for diagnostic time and the towing charge. They could have done a lot more work and I would have been none the wiser. It is good to find both honesty and competence in a repair center. Tow truck driver arrived early and was courteous as well.

I went in expecting the worst and they diagnosed a much lesser problem and fixed it within an hour. Great service!

Excellent auto repair and they stand behind their work. I only trust them to do an auto repair work on my vehicle plus my entire family uses them for all their automotive needs.

While I was out doing errands one day my car starting running rough and the engine light came on. I drove over to their shop and informed them what was happening. They were really busy on Friday, the 17th but asked if I could leave the car and they would look at it on Monday. I didn't have a ride home so they gave me a ride home. On Monday I received a call the car had a carbon build up and since the EGR valve had never been replaced, 1995 Crown Victoria, they suggested doing that. I again didn't have a ride to pick up the car so they came to my house and took me to their shop so I could pick up my car. They are always helpful and take time to explain to me what needs to be fixed. I have been using them since 1990 and have been very happy with the service they provide.

Wood's Service Center is friendly, they know their business, it's a clean shop, and they are well versed in automotive repair.

Have used Woods Auto for years - very professional.

I can not think now what all we have had done to our vehicles, new brakes, I know.
Anyway, everything has gone well.

We have been using them since we moved to this area. We are super happy with their services. My husband would drive all the way to the dealership which was almost a two hours drive to get his honda pilot serviced. He said that he would never do that as their service is very good. They quote you a price and stick to it. They fixed our lawn mower tire for free. They are very customer oriented. They are right on target if they tell you that it would take a certain amount of time. We have an old truck that we get serviced there too. Their price is very reasonable compared to the dealership.
