Tyler's Trade, Inc.

I wasn't looking to profit on the improvements. I was looking to sell the home as quickly as possible. To our delight, we did BOTH. We easily doubled our investment on the work, AND had a solid contract on our house within 18 days of listing. These guys responded quickly, addressed and any all concerns and truly made sure that my wife and I were 110% satisfied. I would certainly recommend them (I have done so already on more than one occasion). Additionally they will certainly be my go-to guys on any and all projects at my new home.

Simply put, Steven and Emmett understand the importance of old school customer service. Period.

It went very smoothly.  They were on job site daily until the project was completed and I did the final sign off.  Their work was excellent and I could not have been more pleased.   Since my first bathroom was remodeled I have had a second bathroom remodeled at my house, and three bathrooms completed at my daughters house by Tyler Trade Inc.  There was an issue with my upstairs bathroom from the original builder that had to be fixed with support beams that Tyler Trade saw, pointed out, and fixed for me to ensure that everything was safe and up to code. 

I would HIGHLY recommend this company and employees.

I purchased my house 3/7/2014. I knew right away that I wanted a deck build onto my house so I stared to look for contractors to do the job. I had several estimates done. Steven was around the same price as the other contractors but was able to start the job much quicker that the other contractors. Everything was done up to code for this deck. The only hold up with my deck was in regards to the City inspector and Steven and Tyler worked on the weekend to make up for the hold up!!! My deck is beautiful and steady and I am so excited to have company come over to show off my deck this spring/summer !!!! Steven kept me updated on everything that was going on with my home improvement and I felt like I was part of the process the whole way thru. I will defiantly be using Tyler's Trade on my next home improvement project !
