They were great.  They were very efficient, came when they said they were going to come and did an excellent job. It was really good quality. He called when he was supposed to, he emailed when he was supposed to, and he did the job very quickly. The work turned out fine.

Great.  They were professional, punctual, and shows up when he says he will.  Always satisfied with the price.  The quality stood out for me. 

He knows what he is doing, his work is very good, but he is very aloof and arrogant. I personally wouldn't call him again because of his attitude. That was just my experience, but I was pleased with the actual work that he did. His attitude really rubbed me the wrong way. He was referred to me by the general contractor I have used in the past. I have no complaints with his work.

He did a great job. I would highly recommend him. He is really knowledgeable, and very good. He did a really neat job. He was pricey, but when you compare what he offers, it is better to pay for a good service and have it done right. If I wanted to have something electrical done in the future, I would go with him. He was referred to me by the company that we bought the hot tub from. They recommend him to everyone who needs the service done, so he comes highly recommended by others too.

Wonderful. I was aware that we had a problem and Travis explained how important it was for me to make corrections to my existing wiring to make our home safe. He encouraged me to do my homework and investigate the issue. We have a large home with three levels and a lot of electrical work. I took my quote to an electrical instructor at the college where I am employed and contacted the residential electrical code inspector for the county. Each source agreed with Travis' assessment and told me that his price was very fair. The work was done on schedule. Travis discovered that a portion of the work in a newer section of the house did not need to be updated. This meant that my overall cost was lower than the estimate. I was impressed with his honesty. I have already recommended him to a friend and plan to use his company for all my future electrical work.

Travis and his team were professional and knowledgeable. They took care to cover areas where remodeling dust would fall and cleaned up after the installation.

We had no idea what was causing the problem but Travis was able to quickly and efficiently find the wire and correct the problem.

Had been looking to get a transfer switch installed for some time now and did my research.  Knew what I wanted to install and contacted T G Electrical based on their other ratings here.  Explained what I wanted installed and why over the phone to Travis.  He understood why I wanted what I wanted and gave me no flack at all (I did tell him that I wanted push back if anything I was suggesting was unsafe or violated code).  He came out (was a Friday as I recall) and took some measurements.  Told me he would have a  proposal to me early the following week.  Got the proposal Wednesday and price was just slightly higher than my guestimate.  But after the 10% Angie list discount, quote was right on.  Emailed him back with a few verification questions and had a positive response in two hours so I sent him an acceptance.  The next morning I had an email that he had ordered the switch / sub-panel I wanted (I was being very picky); would take about 10 business days to arrive and he would advise on install date as soon as he had firmer info.  That date was August 12.  He and his assistant showed up about 9:20, took some final measurements and headed to the electrical supply firm to pick up the panel and all the other needed stuff.  They wrapped up installation about 2:00 PM when we fired up the generator, plugged it in and verified power back at the panel.  I'm a nit-picky kind of guy and I think they did an extremely workman-like job !!  All debris was cleaned up at job completion also.  I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.  They weren't cheap but they weren't overly expensive either.  You get what you pay for folks (knowledge/expertise is an intangible you should expect to pay for) and these guys are worth what you pay them !

Every aspect of the service call was great, timely, and thorough!

TG came out quickly on the first visit.  He was under the impression he could swap out the outlet when he arrived.  Upon further inspection, he realized he didn't have the materials in his truck to do the job I needed done.  That was fine with me as I don't know about electrical and gave him only small details.  He rightly assessed the situation and rescheduled with me for another day.  He also gave me an estimate for the work to be done and didn't charge me for coming out that day.
I was trying to have the outlets fixed before my freezer arrived but TG had to reschedule due his truck having problems.  He also rescheduled again due to backlog of work.  When he finally came out, he and his associate got right to work and had the outlets changed out quickly and efficiently. 
The reschedules didn't disrupt my schedule too much and was understandable.
My outlets were a tricky case because the outlets are in a workshop area in my home.  The workshop floor is painted concrete so
it is considered 'unfinished' thus all the outlets are GFI (plus there is a shop sink in there).  TG took out 2 GFI outlets and made them non-GFI outlets so that I could plug in a freezer in that area.
TG was professional and would most likely call this company again for electrical services.

Unfortunately, I can't rate their service, their pricing, or their quality of work because my phone message was never responded to.
In comparison, the next company I called and left a message for, responded within 20 minutes of my original call and obviously will be getting my business becasuse of it!
